Subhojit Dasgupta (sometimes referred to as Shubhojit Dasgupta) is an Acharya / Teacher of Tantra & Vedic Sciences as well as a telecommunications & electronics engineer. He has in-depth knowledge of traditional Indian sciences and Sanskrit literature.

Subhojit has been a visiting research scholar to traditional Vedic universities & schools. He is a Master of Tantra and a Teacher/advisor on all aspects of Tantra & Tantric kriyas and mudras as well as Tantric art.

Subhojit has been guiding, teaching and counseling individuals & groups worldwide on Vedic sciences of which Tantra & Tantric science is an integral part & also about other aspects of Indology and culture.

At present, Subhojit works as a Creative Advisor/consultant to Alyque Padamsee and Raell Padamsee, assisting them in interpreting and conceptualizing the philosophy and rituals of Tantra as used in their international theatrical production of William Shakespeare’s Macbeth, directed by Alyque Padamsee and produced by Raell Padamsee’s Academy For Creative Expression (ACE).

During his stint with Mukta Arts Limited, Subhojit was assistant creative consultant for the movie ‘Kisna’ directed by Mr.Subhash Ghai. In addition, he has produced and directed an innovatively scripted musical production titled ‘Planet Ecstasy’ in Bombay. He also directed a short film ‘Aastha’, under the guidance of Late B.S.Thapa.
